Who is the maker & assayer of this Russian silver spoon? It’s made of a solid heavy quality gauge silver.

The small initials seem to be HC or MC, I can’t make anything out in the makers mark.

your spoon is from Odessa, assayer I. Sorokin 1899-1910
I read the maker´s mark as: M anchor P - unknown to me.

Maker unknown to me too, but have you noticed that the engraving is unusually "upside-down" and showing MB
