Who is the maker & assayer of this Russian 1895 spoon?

This is a difficult case. ИМ belongs to many masters i Moscow, i.e. mission impossible. The assayer AC (Latin AS) is Aleksandr Skovronsky 1894-1908.

the maker is Mnekin, Ivan N. 1886-1909, well known for his spoons and strainers.
