Russian 1894 Spoon

HELLO

I have this Russian 1894 spoon. If I am interoperating the marks correctly the assayer is Aleksandr Timofeyevich Shevyakov in St Petersburg. Who is the maker?

The maker is Aleksey Nasedkin 1883-1908 in St Petersburg. The assayer's name is correct.
