Nice and authentic. Cannot decipher the second letter of maker`s initials, but never mind. Buy it.

The maker mark is CA (Сергей Агафонов) - Moscow silversmith Sergey Agafonov.

depending on the size this kovsh could have been part of a caviar set - see photo - different styles were made.





Now you have to find the rest....

Thanks for the identification of the silversmith. I'm going to look for the rest :)
The lady I ask for is longer than this picture,so I think it is definitely for vodka.
