Silver bowl

I would like to know where from this silver bowl is. What do the hallmarks tell?
The bottom of the bowl looks like a coin.

Hi,
Looks like a piece of Russian silver was used to create this bowl, the marks deliberately removed.
The coin is Chilean silver peso.
Why would one strike Russian marks and then erase them ? Whatever the answer, Russian marks (if real) were not meant to deceive. After all, the bowl cannot be Russian, whatsoever.
The maker with three letters initial (T? R.H.) is responsible for this unusual item (possibly anywhere in South America).

It's O.K.

The small nationality of setu live in the territory of the Pskov region in Russia and in east Estonia.
This bowl is the altered breast decoration of women of this nationality. Estonian - "Setu sõlg" .
CRH - jeweler Carl Rudolph Hellsing at Vyru (est.- Võru, de.- Werro).
Assayer is Dimitry Izjurov from Pskov assay office.

Amazing information.I suspected a piece of Russian silver was used to create a bowl, but to ruin such a beautiful item is vandalism.
It was just a mysterious item with the hole. Close the hole with silver coin, attach a pedestal and boast with great job done.
What a shame. Chilean coin is another mystery. How did setu sõlg get there ?

If the author of the theme turn this "bowl", then on other party there will be picture - usually Crosses and the Two-headed eagle. They (Setu) loved Imperial symbolics.))

Hi,
Dad has solved the mystery and now it`s easy to search for ``setu sõlg`` and every single example, hundreds of them, have the hole in the middle (just like one shown by Dad). There is no closed example with pedestal like protrusion. I still think it was transformed into a bowl (Russian marks deliberately scratched). I do not believe in miracles - is this the only example with closed hole and a coin ?
Besides, made like this there is no way to wear it.

Thank you Dad, amazing how you solved this mystery. Attached a picture of the silver piece from the "right" side.
It was an interesting story, how the piece has landed in our family is unknown to me.
