Hi,
Looks like a piece of Russian silver was used to create this bowl, the marks deliberately removed.
The coin is Chilean silver peso.
Why would one strike Russian marks and then erase them ? Whatever the answer, Russian marks (if real) were not meant to deceive. After all, the bowl cannot be Russian, whatsoever.
The maker with three letters initial (T? R.H.) is responsible for this unusual item (possibly anywhere in South America).
