Need help identifying marks, possible fake?

Hello,
I have a very beautiful spoon, but I am unsure if it is authentic, or a copy. I am very terrible at identifying silver marks, I would appreciate it if someone would look at it for me.

Well,if that was supposed to be Faberge, it`s NOT. Possibly overstruck genuine marks.Try to use higher magnification an inspect cloisonne cells. They should be made of twisted wire, not cast. If latter, you have a complete fake, but if you see twisted wire the spoon is genuine but marks are faked.

Hi -
I am with AG2012 - the marks are faked for sure. The spoon stem is not accentuated enough for a mint looking spoon - old, used stems look like that.
In my opinion a fake.
