More Spoons - Need Help with Marks

Hello Again. I'm having some difficuty with these marks as well. They are approx. 11 grams and 4 inches long. I always appreciate any info. Thanks.

Your spoon is made in the Soviet Union in 1974. The name of the factory is Ювелирный Завод Тблиси i.e. Jewelry Factory in Tbilisi (nowadays in Georgia). It is silver in the fineness of 875/1000.
