Assayer A.Romanov in Moscow (the same year in PL; 2119).
The maker П.Р. is unknown to me.
There are clear strokes of hand engraved typical Russian motif – it looks genuine.

Yes, the assayer is Romanov, Aleksandr Vasilievitch. The maker is unknown to me too. I have tried to find him but the best I can come up with is Pyotr Rykovsky 1886-1916 in Moscow but it is hardly him because he didn't use dots in his mark. Its is an authentic object.

Thanks for your opinion, but one thing is very strange to me, when you look at the bottom of the bowl you can see fine circle lines.It looks like it was made with lathes or something similar. Can it be that these kind of machines was used at that time? thanks

Yes no problem with that. Machines started to take over during the latter part of the18th. century (~1860->)....and still continuing :-)))))
