Hallmarks on Russian Erotic Cigarette Case - unknown!

Hello,
I have this nice cigarette case with a handpainted nude and would like to know more about the hallmarks on it.
For me it is Russian silver of 84 Zolotnik. But I do not know what the letter 'A' left to the hallmarked head means.
Also the maker mark (cyrilic) BA or BH is unknown to me.
Is it possible to tell the year the item was make by the shape of the Zolotnik hallmark? And/or even the town where it has been made?

Any info on the item is very much appreciated.
