Russian marks

I found out that the assay is Lev Fridrikhovitch Oleks and the item made at 1894.
I cant find the city and the mark maker.
Any help?

It would have been better if you had used an embedded picture as suggested. Links are not preferable. It would also bee nice to see the whole object. What is it? Show it please.
Anyway, the city is Moscow and the maker most likely ДН, Latin DN. That would be D. P. Nikitin 1893-1917 or possibly Dimitry Nikolayev ~1897

Νο in the other half are these marks.Is that means something?
