And I believe it has the crown of nobility which indicated that it hd once belonged to a noble family.

This is as far as my research has taken me, it has 2 or 3 letters engraved below the crown I am pretty certain that the last letter is a "B" however I couldn't make out the rest, it looks to be a "A" however it could be in Russian all together.
