Russian? Round pill boxes

I was told these 2 boxes are Russian. There are no hallmarks on the boxes anywhere that I could find.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. THANKS! :)

Well, they could be made in Russia but no hallmarks, not Russian silver. Take it for granted!
Where from? Don't know...Turkey, Iran, middle east, or?

Thanks! Would like to see, but have no idea where to begin. The white jewels on top of one looks like Mother of Pearl.

Enamel on brass and nicely made, most probably the second half 19th century and continental. Do not search further - pill boxes like these were made everywhere.
