silver hallmark on Russian spoon

hi everyone! this is the second item i acquired and i'm looking for help with the hallmarks on this one too thanks
Your spoon was made in Moscow, 1848 or 1849. The maker is S.Stroganov (С.Строганов), assay maker is Andrey Koval'sky (Ðндрей КовальÑкий).
