Unknown Makers Mark II

Hi all,
Does anyone have this makers mark in their sources? I can't seem to find it! Any help is much appreciated.

Hi Piette-

in my opinion Dementew Semen (1820-1861), though his working dates do not fit 100% - a spoonmaker.
