Yes the mark is a faked. Note that of all so called "Faberge" objects on the market anywhere irrespective who is the seller, only at the most 10 per cent are genuine the rest is what it is...Therefore to stumble into a genuine Fabergé piece on a flea market, whatever auction house, shop etc. in these days is a pie in the sky. How often do you win on Lotto? The possibilities are about equal.

Nonetheless, about the other mark. According to the rules you are supposed to show not less than two pictures, one of the whole object and one of all marks. Your object might be genuine but the marks faked or it is all together a fake. Show the whole object and tell what letters you might see in the other mark, БАК... or what? A good big close up of only the mark would be appreciated and help a lot.
