I have a cloisonne enameled cup jeweled quite nicely done and researched the markings.
Within a oval we have the initiaks N.O above we have what looks to be an imperial mark
within a circle to the right within a cartouche we have 88 and a picture of a lady. What I
do not see is any date marks. Is this a common occurence or is it a fake.
