Curious Russian Silver Spoon?

Picked this little beauty up the other day,cannot for the life of me discern the maker/constituance markings, i believe it to be of russian origin,any help would be greatly appreciated. my thanks in advance.

Forget Russia, not in a million years. It looks like over stamped or very badly punched marks. Probably imaginary marks.

yes i see the double stamping of cartouches to the spoon bowl, i think they look like moscow markings in a degenerate way,i have tested the spoon for silver and it comes up trumps,, its a nicely made piece for a faux assay if you are correct in your assessment, thanks for the pointer :-)

At your service but do not blame the Dutch. We never ever over struck our famous pseudo marks. We did it right the first time. I still believe it could be Russian and done a few months ago.Just joking!!
