To me it seems that these marks are cast so they are not genuine.

Hi tentate -

the shown marks belong to the 5th Moscow Artel, a cooperation of very fine silversmiths, working after 1912 until 1916 mostly in Art nouveau and Traditional style. The shown kovsh is neither nor, just phantasy - like the marks. Contemporary!
