soviet union ring

Hi anyone know the year era this was made i purchased it from denmark so could it be an imported ring it has the letters 916 hammer and sickle in a star and 9Ec on it also some weird marks on the shank like pictures? And please tell me how to post the photos as i havnt got a clue.thanks Johanna.
