Thanks for your help. Is it the combination of marks that tells you it is new? Does it also mean that there is no silver content since it is new? Thanks again.

The marks exist but not in this combination - phantasy!
The oklad (frame) is not silver 875/1000 (84 Zolotniki) as it should be - it is copper electro plated - the rims are tinned.
The ikon is not complete painted - only the shown faces, hands and feet.
This are no museum´s copys - this are fakes to cheat.
Only buy what you know and understand!

Hi, All.
I think it is not necessary to be such assured. The icon looks original on this fotos. This icon is the "ТихвинÑÐºÐ°Ñ ÐŸÑ€ÐµÑвÑÑ‚Ð°Ñ Ð‘Ð¾Ð³Ð¾Ñ€Ð¾Ð´Ð¸Ñ†Ð°" ( "Mother of God from Tikhvin") . Silver's marks look like normal on this foto. Can confuse initials Ð.Ð of assay master. This will badly be coordinated with the book Postnikova- Loseva, but we know many such additions.
Silversmith is Ivanov Nikolai, probably.
Owner of a jewellery establishment, 1868-1896. Moscow. Initials on the hallmark: Ð.И
For more correct discussion are necessary good photos.
Best Reg..
