A set of 6 skewers 16 cm long in the form of a sward (either for grilled meat or ``olive picks`` — less probable). Count’s crown (nine spikes).
``84`` and crossed anchors for St Petersburg (1818 — 1864) and CS for Carl Siewers, 1844 — 1860 (1557 — 1652 in Postnikova).

Hello ARGENTUM49,
Is there a question or? Nonetheless, the city mark of St Petersburg with only coat of arms without a year or purity mark was used between 1826~1874.
