Your candlesticks are typical Jewish sabbath candlesticks, mostly manufactured and sold in Poland. Even today :-(
The marks: Kokoshnik in use 1899-1908, assaymaster AB (not clear, just an asumption) Aleksandr Kazimirowitsch Vyrschkovski/ Warzaw
The maker´s mark:

Translated to Latin letters: MSCHKARLAU (МШКÐРЛÐЧЪ)
In Warzaw existed a silversmith MOSZEK CHARLAP 1897-1915, his marks in Cyrillic:
М.ШÐРЛÐП or
MXThe marks are wrong (Kokoshnik "double stamp"), the name is wrong, the quality is wrong
Conclusion: contemporary lookalike production = fake
