would some help me indentie these hallmarks on this mesh purse,sorry pics aren;t greatest.they;re markes 5 times total on chain and once on each side of frame.

Nice lady's purse from Russia. It is made between 1908-1917(27) in Moscow by Ya P (ЯП) and marked according to the rules. Unfortunately I have nothing on this master not even that he would be unknown. Let' wait and hope that somebody else does.

Let me put it this way: ЯП is not recognized by anybody else than Ivanov who states the working period to be 1872-1898. OK fine, but let's take a look at the hallmark. Ahaa a kokoshnik looking right. That means 1908-1927. Summa summarum: Prokhorov works to 1898 and then not a sign of him whatsoever. He has disappeared completely for about 15 years and suddenly he pops up from nowhere and makes a purse ???? Mind my saying but isn't it a bit far fetched or what do you think? Prokhorov? No way I would say.

I'm afraid I must disagree with you. You cannot explain missing years or big gaps in years with your argumentation. You need proofs and there are none. Other candidates? Sure, but they are too old on in the wrong towns, maybe Yakov Polikarpov 1679-1680 :-). Your logic is unmaintainable I must say, sorry.
