Help with date and Makers of this russian silver glass II

I recently found thisgalss in russian sterling. But I can't find anything on the makers markand the the date. Can anyone hlep with the maker an approx date?

Hi -
the same as before - but townmark Kiev, assay master ВП unknown, silversmith ИЕЗ (lat. IEZ) Igor E. Zavijanov 1892-1908, he was the bigest silver manufacturer before the Revolution .
