Help with date and Makers of this russian silver glass

I recently found thisgalss in russian sterling. But I can't find anything on the makers markand the the date. Can anyone hlep with the maker an approx date?

Hi -
your Russian silver vodka stopka (shot glass) is not Russian sterling (925/1000) but Russian silver 84 zolotniki (875/1000)! Russian sterling does not exist.
Assay master B.C = Viktor Savinsky, on duty 1859-1894 in Moscow (townmark St. Georg +dragon). The silversmith AK (a large silver factory) was Kuzmitschev Antip Ivanowitsch.
