silver & enamel spoon identity

Your marks are none too clear, but from what I can see, they appear to be fairly modern Soviet marks. I'll move your post to the Russian section.

The spoon is from the Soviet period made after 7th May 1958. It seems to be silver 916/1000 quality (?). However, if you like to know some more, show clearer and bigger photos of the marks. They are unfortunately too unclear.
