Mind my saying, but in my eyes the assayer's initials seems to be AK not AA. That would be Aleksander Krollau in Vilna 1891-1899. In my records Artsibaschev was in Moscow in 1895.
Qrt.S, you are absolutely right - this is Krollau. Unfortunately assay mark is poorly readable, and my eyes are no longer perfect ... And my second mistake - the name of Artsybashev is Anatoliy (Анатолий) but not Alexander.
