Hallmarking Information Seminar

This seminar offers a practical and comprehensive guide to hallmarking where you will learn about the legal requirement of assaying and hallmarking precious metal articles sold in the UK. Other topics include the history of hallmarking, what a hallmark actually means, recent amendments to the Hallmarking Act, the International Hallmarking Convention, spotting fake marks and hands-on marking sessions. This is a full day event and will include lunch with wine in the beautiful Livery Hall.
