From a Bronze-Age torc and a Tudor jewel to Viking hack-silver and gold coins of the Civil War, Treasure Under Your Feet tells the story of various finds from the East of England that have contributed to our understanding of the life and times of our predecessors. The exhibition draws on public and private collections in the region, as well as from the Fitzwilliam’s own holdings.
