Who is G. Andersen ?

Hello, this is about pieces of handwrought sterling cutlery (salad servers, meat fork, lemonade spoons etc.). The pattern looks like “Karen” by the Old Newbury Crafters, first made, according to the JCK pattern index, in 1939.

The pieces have none of the marks documented by Rainwater (I have access to the first and third edition only) for the Newbury Crafters, neither “ONC”, nor the personal signature mark of the individual maker. Instead the marks are:

Just the lemonade spoons have an additional mark:
