i need help with identifying old spoon

hello,

today my grandmum found an old spoon under the ground of an 150 year old house

the spoon looks excactly like this one they use to show the parts... http://www.925-1000.com/a_spoonanatomy.html

the only difference is it got other markings.

i hope someone can help me out.
