Napkin Ring w/ JOR Sterling Hand Wrought-can't ID mark

This is inside a hammered sterling napkin ring. I am not certain it is American, though. Thanks in advance for any expertise that is out there!

Hello and welcome.

That mark was used by Julius Olaf Randahl.
In 1911 he started his own business in Chicago and called it the Randahl shop.
Your mark was used into the 1930's.

For American marks Dorothy Rainwater's book "Encyclopedia of American Silver Manufacturers" is good. Recommend the 4th edition.
