As you are no doubt aware, when the format of the Forum was changed in July this year, the 'memory' of the search facility was unfortunately lost. This was a great disappointment to us all and a massive blow to those who used the facility for research purposes.

However, the good news is that we have found a way to re-establish the facility's old memory, the bad news is that this exercise entails the editing of many thousands of old posts, a daunting prospect, but one that has already started.

Although it will take some time to complete this job, I'm sure you will notice the difference straight away as the results are already fattening up and will get better and better over the coming weeks.
