Notice is hereby given, that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, Robert Gordon Orr and Frederick William Emery, carrying on business as Jewellers, Gold and Silver Smiths, Watchmakers, Engineers, &c., at Mount-road, Madras, East Indies, and Moorgate Station-chambers, London, under the style or firm of P. Orr and Sons, has been dissolved by mutual consent as and from the 30th day of June, 1898. All debts due to and owing by the said late firm will be received and paid by the said Frederick William Emery, who will continue to carry on the business of Jewellers, Gold and Silver smiths, Watchmakers &c., under the style or firm of P. Orr and Sons as heretofore. Notice is further given that the firm's responsibility in the Engineering Branch ceases as from this date, and the said Engineering business will in future be carried on under the style or firm of Mansfield and Sons of Madras. Dated this 6th day of April, 1899.

S.R.O. 876.—Whereas immediately before the Employees' Provident Funds Act, 1952 (XIX of 1952), became applicable to the establishment of the firm of Messrs. P. Orr and Sons Limited. Madras, there was in existence a provident fund common to the employees employed in the establishment of the said firm to which the said Act applies, and the employees in their branch office at Ootacamund:

Now, therefore, In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Employees' Provident Funds Act, 1952 (XIX of 1952), the Central Government hereby directs that the provisions of the said Act shall apply to the establishment of the branch office of the said firm situated at Ootacamund.
