Notice is hereby given, that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, Robert Gordon Orr and Frederick William Emery, carrying on business as Jewellers, Gold and Silver Smiths, Watchmakers, Engineers, &c., at Mount-road, Madras, East Indies, and Moorgate Station-chambers, London, under the style or firm of P. Orr and Sons, has been dissolved by mutual consent as and from the 30th day of June, 1898. All debts due to and owing by the said late firm will be received and paid by the said Frederick William Emery, who will continue to carry on the business of Jewellers, Gold and Silver smiths, Watchmakers &c., under the style or firm of P. Orr and Sons as heretofore. Notice is further given that the firm's responsibility in the Engineering Branch ceases as from this date, and the said Engineering business will in future be carried on under the style or firm of Mansfield and Sons of Madras. Dated this 6th day of April, 1899.
