In the Matter of Proceedings for Liquidation by Arrangement or Composition with Creditors, instituted by John Round and Edwin Round, both of Sheffield, in the county of York, Silversmiths and Electro Plate Manufacturers and Copartners, trading under the style or firm of John Round and Son.
Notice is hereby given, that a First General Meeting of the creditors of the above-named persons has been summoned to be held at the Queen's Hotel, New-street Station, Birmingham, on the 10tb day of October, 1870, at half-past one o'clock in the afternoon precisely. - Dated this 23rd day of September, 1870.
