In the Matter of STREETER AND CO. Limited.
At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened, and held at 18, New Bond-street, London, W., on the 1st day of March, 1905, the following Special Resolution was duly passed; and at a subsequent Extraordinary General Meeting of the said Company, also duly convened, and held at the same place, on the 21st day of March, 1905, the following resolution was duly confirmed, viz.:—
" That the Company be wound up voluntarily."
And at such last mentioned Meeting, Edwin William Streeter, F.R.G.S., of 18, New Bond-street, London, W., George Dixey, F.O.A , of 27, Regent-street, London, S.W., and Robert Dudley, J.P., of Clevedon Lodge, Warwick, were appointed Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up.—Dated this 21st day of March, 1905.

Notice is hereby given, that the creditors of the above named Company, are required, on or before the 24th day of April next, to send their names and
addresses, and particulars of their debts or claims, to Edwin William Streeter, George Dixey, and Robert Dudley, at 27, Regent-street, London, S.W., the Liquidators of the said Company; and if so required, by notice in writing from the said Liquidators, are, by their Solicitors, to come in and prove the said debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.—Dated this 21st day of March, 1905.
