GEORG JENSEN (WHOLESALE) LIMITED
At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at 15b New Bond Street, London W1Y 9PF, on the 22nd July 1969, the following Special Resolution was duly passed:
" That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Mr. J. Heaford of Messrs. Fuller, Jenks, Beecroft & Co. be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of the winding-up."

Fuller, Jenks, Beecroft & Co., 55-61 Moorgate, London E.C.2, the Liquidator of the Company ; and if so required by notice in writing from the said Liquidator either personally or by their Solicitors, to come in and prove their debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such -notice and in default thereof, they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proven.—Dated this 23rd day of July 1969.

A Member entitled to attend and vote at the above Meeting may appoint a proxy or proxies to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a Member of the Company.—Dated 7th April 1970.
