The Alvin Silver Co., 20 W. 47th St., will broadcast an interesting program on Christmas Eve, between 11:30 and midnight, through station WEAF. G. Ernst Fahys will open the program with a talk, in which he will deal with the servant problem, especially as it relates to the care and arrangement of silverware. This is a new element in the talks broadcast by the Alvin concern which are meeting with a ready response. After Mr. Fahys completes his talk, four professional actors will round out the remainder of the program and will recite Dicken’s Christmas Carol. Their recitations will end promptly at midnight. Mr. Fahys has been giving talks from WAAM in Newark and is planning to speak from Boston and Chicago.
