Notice is hereby given, that the Partnership business heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, Francis Newton and Henry Newton, of the City of Norwich, Gold and Silversmiths, Silk-Mercers, and Haberdashers, trading under the firm of F. Newton and Son, was this day dissolved by mutual consent; and that all debts due from and to the said Partnership will be paid and received by the said Francis Newton.—Dated the 8th day of February 1834.
