Not a great image, but one of Eugene P. Golden, superintendent of Factory E, of the International Silver Company, New Britain, Connecticut:

A metal spinner by trade, he entered the business in 1865 and later became foreman and finally had charge of the lower floor at the Britannia shop. In 1893 he became superintendent of the holloware department.

HUGE SHEETS OF SILVER

An image of what was thought to be the largest sheets of silver ever rolled:

These sheets were produced at the rolling mills of Handy & Harman at Bridgeport, Connecticut. The sheets before cutting the circles were five feet square. The thickness was 0.141 inches. The diameter of the circles was 54 inches. Each circle weighed 1,848 ounces. Four of these sheets were made and were to be hammered into kettles for specialist chemical work.
