J., in the east, has been placed in charge of the sales of this department for the entire United States and Canada, under the direction of J. Howard Horn, general sales manager of the company. Mr. Masters was born in Philadelphia, Pa., and was educated in the schools of East Orange, New Jersey. Previous to going with the National Lock Washer Company he was connected for 12 years with Unger Brothers, Newark, New Jersey.
