Ingraham was foreman of Metal Stock Spoon and Solid Knife Department, Wilbur A. Lisee was foreman Hand Burnishing Department, William H. Burke was foreman of Rouge Buffing Department, George S. Stratton was foreman of the Glazing Department, and William H. Belcourt, foreman of the Plating Department.
