The business of J.R. Ferguson and H.C. Page.

There was a great time in the jewelry establishment of Ferguson & Page, St. John, N. B., the other day. An alcohol lamp had been overturned and for a moment it looked as if there might be a big blaze. Archibald Bauer, the foreman of the establishment, took the source of danger up in his hands and ran with it to the yard where he placed it in the snow. His hands were badly burned and blisters were raised on his wrists. Medical assistance, however, soon relieved his suffering.

Henry Page, of Ferguson & Page, jewelers, St. John, N. B., and wife were last week in Toronto on their return from their wedding tour to Chicago.
