Considerable damage was caused during July to the firm of A. G. Watcher, jewelers of Edmonton, when a fire broke out in the adjoining clothing store of this Albertan concern. Windows and doors of the jewelry building were broken and left open, and thousands of dollars of valuable jewelry was left exposed.
