George Innes is recorded as a Clock and Watchmaker located at 59, Waterloo Quay, Aberdeen, in 1837.

George Innes appears to have started his apprenticeship under Alexander Courage in 1807, and then transferred to George Angus in 1812. Innes was admitted into the Aberdeen Hammermen in 1817 and admitted Burgess in 1821. George Innes died in 1842.

ALEXANDER COURAGE

Aberdeen

Alexander Courage was recorded as having served his apprenticeship under John Barron. The apprenticeship was registered in 1801 and Courage was admitted into the Aberdeen Hammermen in 1804 and admitted Burgess in that same year. The last mention of Alexander Courage appears to be in 1807.

William Spark is recorded as a Clock and Watchmaker located at 29, St Nicholas Street, Aberdeen, in 1837.

William Spark was recorded as having served his apprenticeship under Peter Gill. The apprenticeship was registered in 1801 and Spark was admitted into the Aberdeen Hammermen in 1806 and admitted Burgess in 1813. William Spark died in 1870, aged 88 years.

Peter McMillan is recorded as a Clock and Watchmaker, and Nautical Instrument Maker, located at 49, Regent Quay, Aberdeen, in 1837.

William Chisholm was recorded as having served his apprenticeship under Walter Smith. The apprenticeship was registered in 1798 and Chisholm was admitted into the Aberdeen Hammermen in 1800 and admitted Burgess in 1801. The last mention of William Chisholm appears to be 1816.

George Angus was recorded as having served his apprenticeship under Peter Gill. The apprenticeship was registered in 1787 and George Angus was admitted into the Aberdeen Hammermen in 1792 and admitted Burgess in 1796. He died in 1829, aged 61 years.
