The annual meeting of the Bristol Brass Co. was held recently in East Bristol, Conn. The important matter of changing the par value oi the company’s shares from $25 a share to a par value of $100, and reducing the number of outstanding shares, was voted down by the stockholders. It was also voted unanimously to separate the American Silver Co. and the Bristol Brass Co. and to recommend to the directors to distribute $200,000 worth of stock of the former company to the stockholders of the Bristol Brass Co.
