ANNUAL MEETING HELD
The Annual Meeting of the Toronto Silver Plate Company was held at the Company's offices, 570 King St. West, Toronto, on Thursday, March 30th.
A very successful year's business was reported and a dividend of 6% was declared.
The old Board of Directors were re-elected as follows:—W. H. Beatty, J. Creighton, J. Clowes Davison, E. G. Gooderham, L. E. Gooderham, S. W. Gooderham, J. Gordon Macdonald, W. H. Partridge, James Webster.
At a subsequent meeting of the Directors, E. G. Gooderham was re-elected President, and W. H. Partridge, Vice President.
The Company report having a large accumulation of important orders already booked for the present year.
In addition to being manufacturers of Plated Ware of all kinds of an absolutely guaranteed quality, they are Silversmiths, this latter branch of their business having become a very important one.
