'Facts' Magazine and Wm. Rogers Mfg. Co.

In 1887 'Facts' magazine offered their readers, who were prepared to subscribe to future issues, various pieces of flatware manufactured by Wm. Rogers Mfg. Co. 'Facts' state that the flatware was given to them by the Wm. Rogers Mfg. Co. in return for advertising space in their magazine.
