Jeremiah Foster was a silversmith in Hopkinsville, Ky from around 1810 until his death in 1823. I think he was born in Dillin Ireland in 1791 or 1793. He may have been conected with Henry J. Pepper who was born in Ireland in 1789 and was in Wilmington, DE from 1810 until 1827 then in Philadelphia from 1828until 1850. Pepper trained Joseph Draper(born in Trowbridge, England, then Wilimington, DE then Hopkinsville Ky then Cincinatati) born 1801 died 1865.

I am most interested in any information on Jeremiah Foster, Henry J. Pepper and Joseph Draper. Thanks for you help
