What-is-it question VIII.

This is a silverplate coffee or tea cup with a small bar, or lip, inside the rim of the cup. These were made by several American manufacturers from about 1886 to 1899.
Looking for the exact name of the item.

Here is a rare moustache spoon for eating soup. Interestingly, there were also mostly made in America; you'd think the Victorians would have jumped at the chance to own yet another item of cutlery.
